(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.111, dated 03.06.2022 registered under Sections 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, 1985, P.S. Sultanpur Lodhi, District Kapurthala.

Having argued for some time, learned counsel for petitioner does not press this petition with liberty to petitioners so as to surrender before trial court within a period of one week. Dismissed as withdrawn.

In case, the petitioner surrenders before trial Court within a period of seven days from today and moves bail application, the trial Court is requested to dispose of the same within a period of seven days thereafter.
