# %etitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 216 dated 27.09.2021, registered under Section 302 IPC, at Police Station City Kotkapura, District Faridkot. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case, registered at the instance of Kulwinder Kaur-wife of Tarlochan Singh (since deceased); that there is a delay of more than one year in lodging the FIR, as the alleged occurrence took place on 17.07.2020 and the FIR was registered on 27.09.2021; that the cause of death was negligence of the complainant and Doctor(s) and the petitioner has nothing to do with the same and that the petitioner has been in custody since 02.10.2021 Learned State counsel contends that there are specific allegations against the petitioner that he inflicted as many as three injuries with a dang MANGAL SINGH 2022.07.20 19:06 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
on the person of Tarlochan Singh-husband of the complainant, i.e. on the head, fingers of the left hand and left wrist, due to which during treatment he died on 04.08.2020. He submits that out of 23 prosecution witnesses only, 07 have been examined and complainant-Kulwinder Kaur is yet to be examined. &" # ! # " # # #'
