**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondents No.1-3 to submit status report in case FIR No.358 dated 16.11.2022 registered under Sections 120-B, 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC. Learned State counsel, on advance notice, informs this Court that as per instructions from SI Hardwari Lal, P.S. Economic Wing, Palwal, investigation in the aforementioned is going on and the same is likely to be concluded followed by filing of final report within a period of two months from today.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the official respondents to file their final report under Section 173 of the CrPC before the Illaqa Magistrate, within a period of two months from today. Disposed of accordingly.
