**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 112 dated 1.12.2015, registered under Sections 406, 498-A, 323 IPC and further added Section 313 IPC, Police Station Sadar Sangrur, District Sangrur.
Counsel for the petitioner states that the matter has been settled and a petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act has been filed and respondent No. 2 has received half of the amount. Copy of the petition has been placed on record. Counsel further states that pursuant to the order dated 25.1.2016, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.
State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation.
