This petition has been filed seeking interalia directions to official respondents no.2 and 3 for taking action on the representation of the petitioner dated 17.3.2023 (Annexures P-1 and P-2), and lodge FIR against respondents no.4 to 13 for committing fraud with the petitioner and her family members. There is a threat to her life and liberty also from these private respondents. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Rajbinder Singh, submits that the representation is being looked into by the DSP concerned, and appropriate action in the matter will soon be taken within two weeks. In view thereof, there is no need to issue any direction in the matter. Disposed of.
