(Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.62 dated 05.05.2018 under Sections 354, 341, 506, 34 IPC registered at Police Station Payal, District Ludhiana. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sohan Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and recovery of car has been effected. Thus, the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is no more required.

Accordingly, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 09.07.2019 is made absolute.
