**** JAGMOHAN BANSAL , J. (Oral) The petitioner through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is seeking investigation of FIR No.183 dated 10.04.2022 registered at Police Station Dabua, District Faridabad, under Sections 174-A, 149, 323, 324, 354-A, 379-B, 506, 509 of IPC in free, fair and unbiased manner. Learned State counsel, who is present in Court on advance notice, submits that cancellation report has already been approved by Competent Authority and it would be filed in due course. On being confronted with the aforesaid fact, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the State may be directed to file its report within a time bound manner.

Without commenting on merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the State to file its report within one month from today.
