(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case registered by way of FIR No.68 dated 11.07.2016 at Police Station Lambran, District Jalandhar Rural, under Sections 452, 323, 148,149, 427, 506 IPC and Section 325 IPC (added later on).

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in compliance of orders of interim bail dated 12.08.2016 passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined investigations which is not controverted by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Amrik Singh, Police Station Lambran, District Jalandhar Rural who submits that the petitioners are no longer required for further investigation and nothing is to be recovered from them and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute. However, keeping in view the stand of the Investigating Officer and the stand of the State, the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 12.08.2016 is made absolute on the same terms and conditions SUNIL DEVI 2017.04.21 17:18 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
