**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to promote him to the post of Jeep driver from the date the junior has been promoted w.e.f 12.12.2003.

The present petition is liable to be dismissed on the ground of delay and latches, as the order dated 03.08.2012 has attained finality and there is delay of almost 06 years in approaching this Court for modifying/setting aside of this order. The petitioner should have approached the Appellate Authority for setting aside of this order.

Dismissed.
