Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner as non-bailable warrants of arrest has already been issued against him vide order dated 2.9.2016 in case FIR No. 175 dated 15.10.2013, registered under Section 304-A, 279 & 427 IPC at Police Station Sujanpur, District Pathankot.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that order was passed on 12.6.2017 by the learned Court below for releasing him on interim bail and 15 days' time was given to him to surrender and seek prearrest bail. But the petitioner failed to do so and as such non-bailable warrants of arrest were ordered to be issued against him. There is absolutely no ground to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner and thus, present petition stands dismissed. (Shekher Dhawan) Judge July 28, 2017 "DK"
