Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset has submitted that inadvertently, the order dated 29.01.2026 (Annexure P-11) has not been challenged and there are certain mistakes in the petition and thus, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition after removing the said mistakes and laying down challenge to all the orders.
