# Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner Kulbir Singh in case FIR No.104 dated 10.07.2015 registered at Police Station Civil Line, Batala under Sections 379B/34/120B IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in consequence of the orders of interim bail dated 14.08.2015 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined investigations which is not controverted by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Sukhjinder Singh who submits that the petitioner is no longer required RATTAN PAL SINGH 2015.10.19 17:17 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court



 

 for further investigation and nothing is to be recovered from him and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute. In the light of what has been stated above, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 14.08.2015 is made absolute on the same terms and conditions till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, the petitioner will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.

The petition stands disposed off accordingly. "
