Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a direction to allow the petitioner to join as Para Teaching Associate (TGT Sanskrit), since she possesses higher qualification of M.A. Sanskrit. Accordingly, even in the absence of Sanskrit as elective subject in B.A., she is to be considered eligible for the post on the basis of higher qualification. 2.
Learned State counsel, on instructions received vide communication dated 07.05.2024, submits that the petitioner's higher qualification has been verified and the Department has considered her eligible for the post. However, on account of Model Code of Conduct (MCC) being in force, she has not been allowed to join the service. Once the period of MCC is over, she will be permitted to join the service within two AVIN KUMAR 2024.05.08 09:15 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.
