Matter had been referred to the Mediation Centre, but it is reported to be a non-starter case as nobody appeared there. Perusal of the various orders would reveal that nobody is putting appearance on behalf of the appellants ever-since the date of listing on 30.01.2025. Notice of the appellants were also sent, which was received with the report to the effect that they had sold the house and shifted to Delhi.
