RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner Pardeep in case FIR No.427 dated 02.07.2017 under Section 306 IPC (Section 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act added later on) registered at Police Station Hansi City.

On instructions from ASI Jaivir Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 27.07.2017 passed by this Court, granting interim bail to the petitioner, is made absolute.

Disposed of accordingly.
