It is apparent that mother-in-law of the petitioner is already in custody in a case under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act,1985.

After hearing counsel for the petitioners it can safely be assumed that the allegations made in the petition are for the sake of exerting undue pressure on the police authorities and therefore, no case for issuing any kind of direction is warranted. Dismissed.
