JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.399 dated 21.6.2015 under Sections 306/34 IPC and 25/54/59 of the Arms Act, P.S Sadar Bhiwani.
As per allegations, one Vikas son of Ramesh had put a gun on the head of the deceased and co-accused Shiv forced Pardeep to affix his signatures on an agreement regarding sale of his property due to his failure to pay interest as well as the principal amount. The role attributed to the petitioner is that he was accompanying them and is also engaged in the business of offering loans at 10% interest along with co-accused. Without commenting upon the merits of the case, petitioner is admitted to bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting/Investigating Officer. He shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so and abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. Petition stands allowed.
