**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for a direction to respondents No. 2 & 3 to protect his life and liberty, who is apprehending danger to life and ill-treatment at the hands of private respondent No.4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is apprehending danger to his life and liberty at the hands of private respondent No.4. In this regard he has already moved representations dated 20.07.2017 (Annexure P-2) and dated 22.07.2017 (Annexure P-3) to the SHO, Khizrabad, District Yamuna Nagar and the Superintendent of Police, Yamuna Nagar, respectively. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.2 be directed to look into the representation dated 22.07.2017 (Annexure P-3) in a time bound manner. Notice of motion.

Ms. Gaganpreet Kaur, learned AAG, Haryana, who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of the State. Let three copies of the petition be supplied to her during the course of the day.
