In view of cancellation report having been prepared, which is subject to the approval by the higher Police authorities, it is ordered that in case of arrest of the petitioner, he will be released on bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to the condition that in case the cancellation report is not accepted, he would join the investigation as and when required and will not tamper with the evidence. The petition is allowed.
