Petitioner has filed the complaint with the police with the allegation that the agreements dated 15.01.2014 and 30.02.2014 (February had 28 days in the year 2014) were forged by the accused after getting signed blank papers from the petitioner and a DDR was lodged to this effect.

The dispute between the parties is of civil nature for which civil remedy can be availed.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail other legal remedies available to the petitioner.
