Versus

The Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal-cumLabour Court, Rohtak and another . . . Respondent(s) CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY VASHISTH PRESENT: Ms. Saachi Mahajan, Advocate for the petitioner(s).

None for the respondent(s).

**** SANJAY VASHISTH , J. (Oral) 1.

Present Civil Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, for quashing the impugned award dated 06.02.1996 (Annexure P-11) passed by respondent No.1 - Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Rohtak (in short, 'learned Tribunal'). 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that despite making all possible efforts, no contact could be established with the petitioner. Challenge in the present writ petition is to the retrenchment order dated 13.09.1990 (Annexure P-1) and for providing proper assistance, certain facts are required to be cleared from the petitioner. Thus, counsel expresses her inability to assist the Court, at this stage. 3.

This Court has noticed the orders passed by the Coordinate Bench(s) and the Lok Adalat also, and that writ petition was admitted vide order dated 29.08.1997. There appears to be no point in keeping the petition pending.

Copy of this order be forwarded to the petitioner. Needless to say that the stay order had already been vacated by this Court vide order dated 29.08.1997.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to seek revival of the present petition within next four weeks from today, if any, cause of action still survives for its adjudication.
