(Oral) This petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C is for issuance of direction to respondent Nos. 2 & 3 to take action against respondent Nos. 4 to 9 and to appropriate decision on the representation of the petitioner dated 25.05.2020 (P-1). The grievance of the petitioner is that he is owner in possession of house, situated at village Shakri, PO Shahpur Goraya, Tehsil Dera Baba Nanak, Gurdaspur. There is a political rivalry between petitioner and Baljit Kuar and Jaswinder Singh. Baljit Kaur and Jaswinder Kaur are now illegally encoraching the passages belonging to the house of the petitioner. A civil suit has also been filed in this regard and is pending.

Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Ms. Samina Dhir, D.A.G. Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is being disposed of by giving direction to respondent No. 2-SSP Batala, Gurdaspur to look into the representation dated 25.05.2020 (P-1) and make an attempt for out of court settlement between the parties , as the dispute is civil in nature. Respondent No. 2 shall appoint Mediator with the assistance of District and Sessions Judge, Gurdaspur for settling the dispute amicably.
