RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing proclamation order dated 05.02.2018 in case FIR No.106 dated 28.08.2017 registered under Sections 148, 149, 307, 427, 452, 506, 124-A 188 IPC pertaining to Police Station Titram, District Kaithal,and FIR No.72 dated 11.05.2018 under Section 174-A IPC also registered at Police Station Titram, District Kaithal, registered on the basis of aforesaid proclamation order.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Satbir Singh, submits that in case FIR No.106 dated 28.08.2017 (Annexure P-1), petitioner has already been acquitted, whereas in FIR No.72 dated 11.05.2018 (Annexure P-2) trial is at the final stage. Therefore, instant petition has rendered infructuous.

In view of above, petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
