**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 57 dated 19.12.2017, registered under Sections 498-A, 406 IPC and Section 3(1) (X) of SC and ST Act (later on involved vide DDR No. 013 dated 13.6.2018), Police Station Women Cell, Bathinda, District Bathinda.

Counsel for the petitioners states that pursuant to the order dated 09.7.2018, passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined the investigation.

State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation. She further states that the complainant side has not given any photograph.

Looking to the circumstances, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and order dated 9.7.2018 granting interim bail to the petitioners is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 Sub Section 2 Clauses (i)(ii) and (iii) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
