This is a petition under Section 12 read with Section 2-A of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 28.08.2024 passed in CWP20967-2024. 2.

The compliance report by way of affidavit of J. Ganesan, Chief Administrator, Housing Board Haryana, Panchkula and Director General, Department of Housing for All, Haryana has been filed by learned counsel for respondent No.2, which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place. It has been stated in the compliance report that the draw of lots was held on 08.10.2025.
