ARUN PALLI, J. (ORAL) This order shall dispose of RFA Nos. 2831 of 1998 and 4487 of 2003.

Learned counsel for the State fairly points out at the outset that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the judgment dated 31.8.2007, passed by this Court in the case of Nand Lal and others v. State of Haryana and another (RFA No. 1379 of 1994), vide which the compensation awarded to the land owners was enhanced by this Court and consequently the appeals preferred by the State were dismissed. Therefore, he submits that in the wake of the said decision, the State appeal shall have Prashant Kapoor 2016.10.04 16:28 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

RFA-2831-1998 and RFA-4487-2003 to be dismissed and the appeal preferred by the land owners be disposed of in terms of the said judgment.

That being so, these appeals are also disposed of in terms of the decision rendered by this Court in the case of Nand Lal and others (supra). A photocopy of this order be placed on the file of the connected appeal.
