Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel contends that he would be satisfied if the direction be issued to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur, (respondent No.2) to decide the representation (Annexure P-1) in a time-bound manner.
After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and going through the contents of the petition, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur (respondent No.2) to decide the representation (Annexure P-1) in accordance with law, within two months of receipt of certified copy of the present order.
