The present appeal pertains to the year 1996. In the order dated 23.05.2019 it was noticed that the sole appellant had died. Mr. C.B. Goel, Advocate representing Gyan Kaur in CWP No.12614-1997 had prayed for some time to implead the legal representatives of Gyan Kaur. It was further directed that no further opportunity shall be provided for impleading the legal representatives. Till date, despite taking numerous adjournments, no application has been made to implead the legal representatives. Learned counsel for the appellant states that he has no instructions in the matter. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the legal representatives of the appellant.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
