NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Rattan Chand of Police Station, City, Hoshiarpur, submits that costs of `5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only), imposed by this Court, vide order dated 16.7.2015, have been deposited on 13.8.2015 and receipt in that regard has been placed on record. He further submits that bail to the petitioner has already been granted on 16.7.2015, therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in this case.
