Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent No. 2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Jalandhar (Rural) to decide representation dated 8.7.2017, filed by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that as per order passed by the Civil Court, there was stay order in his favour in a suit filed by Ranjit Singh and present petitioner is power of attorney holder of Ranjit Singh and he had made representation dated 8.7.2017 (Annexure P4) to the police authorities, but no action is being taken thereon. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and perusal of record, respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Jalandhar (Rural), is directed to look into the representation dated 8.7.2017 (Annexure P4) and take required action, if any, in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible .
