(ORAL) The present first petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.433 dated 07.08.2021, registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B and 201 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Section 66 of the Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008, at Police Station Kaithal City, District Kaithal. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 18.05.2023, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Jaswant, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for further investigation.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed. Interim order dated 18.05.2023, passed by this Court, is made absolute.
