Mr. AP.S. Sekhon, Advocate for respondent No.3. ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) As per the affidavit filed by the Accountant General (A&E), Punjab, Chandigarh, the pension case of the petitioner is recommended to the Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Nadala, Kapurthala on 04.05.2023.

Similarly, as per the affidavit of the Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Nadala, the revised pay, promotion and pension is allowed to the petitioner. A copy of the arrear bill is also attached with the affidavit, giving details of the amount to be paid to the petitioner. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous, at this stage. The respondents will ensure that the amount due, which is payable to the petitioner, is credited in his account within a period of 15 days from today.
