**** HARI PAL VERMA, J. (ORAL) The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for setting aside the order dated 16.1.2010 (Annexure P-5) whereby the petitioner was declared a proclaimed offender in case FIR No. 187 dated 23.6.2006, under Section 148, 149, 341, 323, 324 IPC, registered at Police Station Samana, District Patiala.
Learned State counsel has filed reply by way of affidavit of Davinder Kumar, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Patran, District Patiala which is taken on record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 27.7.2017, the petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and has been admitted to bail. He further states that the petitioner is ready to face trial, in accordance with law.
