**** INDERJIT SINGH, J.(Oral) Petitioners Avtar Singh & Ors. have preferred this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to respondents No. 1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondents No.4 & 5. Learned counsel for the petitioners only prays for the relief that the representation dated 06.08.2016 (Annexure P-2), moved to respondent No.3, by the petitioners be considered and he does not press the other relief asked in this petition. In view of above, respondent No.3 Senior Superintendent of Police, SAS Nagar Mohali is directed to look into the said representation (Annexure P-2) and pass appropriate order within two months after receiving copy of this order, as per law.

With aforesaid direction, this petition stands disposed of.
