 !"#  $ Report dated 09.02.2016 of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Abohar has been received whereby after recording statements of complainant Dinesh Kumar and the accused persons namely Gaganjeet @ Raja @ Gagandeep Singh, Tejinder Singh @ Lavi, Avneet Singh @ Pinku and Gurkirat Singh, the Court has shown its satisfaction that the compromise Ex.PX has been arrived at voluntarily, out of free will of the parties, without any undue influence, coercion or pressure.     however he sought exemption from appearance by way of an application on the ground that he is admitted in hospital. Heard.

In the light of the satisfaction shown by the Court, the fact that parties belong to the same very area and the offences for which the accused have been hauled up are not of serious nature, together with the fact that compromise will go a long way in ironing out differences for betterment of future life of the parties and in view of the law laid down in %&'( !&()* + !,',-  .(/'0 '(1 '(,*-2  #3$   #2&4&('5$ 637 and %8.59&(1-2 !&()* '(1 ,*-2: + !,',-  .(/'0 '(1 '(,*-2  #7$   #2&4&('5$ 6" proceedings by way of FIR No.4 dated 16.01.2011 registered at Police Station City 2, Abohar, District Ferozepur (now District Fazilka) under Sections 324/323/148/149/326 IPC and all consequences arising out of the said FIR qua petitioners No.1, 2, 3 and 5 namely Gaganjeet @ Raja @ Gagandeep Singh, Tejinder Singh @ Lavi, Avneet Singh @ Pinku and Gurkirat Singh, are quashed and the petition stands allowed qua these petitioners.

However, since petitioner No.4 Gurjant Singh @ Janta did not appear to make statement before the Court below, the petition qua him stands dismissed.
