(ORAL) Learned State counsel submits that the instant petition has rendered infructuous, in view of the fact that the prayer made in the instant petition by the petitioners had already been acceded to and FIR No. 1167 dated 26.07.2017, under Sections 420, 106, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC, Police Station City Jagadhri, was registered against the private respondents. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
