The present petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS (erstwhile Section 482 Cr.P.C) for seeking issuance of direction to respondent No.3 to decide the complaint/representation dated 24.06.205 (Annexure P-2) 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of their grievance, the petitioner has submitted representation dated 24.06.205 (Annexure P-2) before respondent No. 3, however, no action has been taken thereon till date.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No. 3 to decide representation dated 24.06.205 (Annexure P-2) filed by the petitioner in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and to grant immediate protection, if any threat to the life and liberty to the petitioner, is perceived. It is being clarified that this order shall not be taken to grant immunity to the petitioner for legal action for violation of law, if any, committed by him. 6.
