Through the instant petition, the petitioner seek anticipatory bail in case FIR No.38 dated 29.01.2020 under Sections 306 and 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Palam Vihar, Gurugram.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Sakender Singh submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.
