       Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.227 dated 24.08.2012, registered at Police Station Kotwali, District Faridkot, under Sections 353, 186 and 506 IPC.       !             "# #$ %#%%   &  '          '         !  

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Gurmit Singh, does not dispute the aforesaid submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
