Vide order dated 15.01.2024 notices were issued to the appellants. As per office report, appellant Nos.1, 2 and 4 have refused to accept notice. Appellant No.3 is stated to have died. None has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants or the legal representatives of appellant No.3.

None has put in appearance on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2. Respondent Nos.3 and 6 are stated to have died. Respondent No.4 stands duly served, however, none has put in appearance on his behalf. Respondent No.5 is stated to be not residing at the given address. 3.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 4.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
