ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein is under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0050 dated 11.03.2020, under Sections 420, 506 of IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station Narwana Sadar, District Jind.

Learned State counsel, at the outset, submits that despite directions of this Court vide order dated 16.06.2020, petitioner has not joined investigation.

On a query of this Court, no specific response is coming forth as to why petitioner has not joined investigation, particularly, when the same was the pre-condition for grant of interim protection.
