(Oral) The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 04.04.2022 vide which it was directed that the representation/legal notice be decided before finalization of the tender process. Counsel for the State, in fact, on the basis of the affidavit of the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Palwal submits that the tender was already completed on 31.03.2022 i.e. before passing of the aforesaid order and prior thereto, the petitioner was found unsuccessful, a fact which has not been disclosed in the writ petition.
