The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C for quashing of FIR No.184 dated 13.03.2015 under Sections 420,467,468,471 IPC registered at Police Station Civil Lines Gurgaon. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already faced multiple inquiries in respect of the allegations levelled against him and in all such inquiries, he has been exonerated. However, despite the outcome of the said inquiries, the final report has not been submitted before the competent Court till date, resulting in unnecessary delay and prejudice to the petitioner. 3.
