(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for setting aside impugned order dated 04.06.2015 (Annexure P-7) of the Ist Appellate Court, Amritsar, vide which the order dated 29.08.2013 (Annexure P-6) of the trial Court passed in Complaint Case No. 117 of 2012, 'Baljit Singh Vs. Manpreet Kaur and others', was set aside.
Learned counsel for respondent No. 2-complainant submits that respondent No. 2 has expired.
Perusal of the file shows that vide order Annexure P-6, complaint of respondent No. 2 qua the petitioners was dismissed. However, the Ist Appellate Court, vide impugned order Annexure P-7, while setting aside the aforesaid order Annexure P-6 of the trial Court, remanded the case to the trial for fresh decision.
It is apparent that as on date, no adverse order has been passed against the petitioners. Therefore, the instant petition being not maintainable is dismissed.
