After hearing the learned counsel, this Court is not inclined to issue such directions.

It is apparent that respondent no.3 is landlord of the petitioner, who has been temporarily injuncted from interfering in the peaceful use/possession of the school in its suit for permanent injunction filed against respondent no.3. For any subsequent interference, petitioner is absolutely free to seek its remedy in accordance with law in the pending suit.
