Parveen Kaur and another .............Respondent CORAM: HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE JASWANT SINGH Present:- Mr.RK Arya,Advocate for the petitioner Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Petitioner is seeking quashing of the order dated 1.6.2015 (P-3) passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gurdaspur whereby interim maintenance granted under Section 125 Cr.PC for the wife and minor son was enhanced from Rs.1000/- each to Rs.5000/- each from the date of application.

It is not in dispute that the petitioner is employed as a Head Constable in Punjab Police and drawing a salary of Rs.40,000/- per month.

At the very outset, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition under Section 482 Cr.PC. It is evident that the present petition has been filed in a very casual manner, therefore, it is liable to be permitted to be withdrawn with payment of some costs.
