(Oral) Present petition has been moved under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of necessary directions to official respondents No.1 to 3 to protect life and liberty of the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioners submitted that representation dated 14.4.2022 (Annexure P-1) in this regard has also been moved before the concerned authorities, but no action has been taken as of now.

Notice of motion to respondents No.1 to 4 at this stage. Ms. Samina Dhir, DAG, Punjab has accepted notice on behalf of the respondents No.1 to 4.
