The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of order dated 29.01.2019, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Moga in a criminal complaint case No.79, dated 06.09.2017 under Sections 138 and 142 of Negotiable Instruments Act.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner despite the case having been called out twice.

The status of the complaint was got checked up from the E-Court portal, wherefrom it transpired that the matter stands compromised between the parties and petitioner has already been acquitted vide order dated 12.03.2022, copy of which is taken on record as Mark 'A'. 4.
In view of the aforesaid, present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
