The present appeal pertains to the year 1997. Vide order dated 07.03.2024 notices were issued to the appellants. As per the service report, appellant Nos.1 to 3, 5, 8 and 9 have died. Appellant Nos.4, 6, 7, 10 to 13 stand duly served. No one has come forward to get themselves impleaded as legal representatives of appellant Nos.1 to 3, 5, 8 and 9 nor any counsel has put in appearance on their behalf. None has put in appearance on behalf of appellant Nos.4, 6, 7, 10 to 13 despite service. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for nonprosecution. 2.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
