Petitioner has filed representation (Annexure P-4) stating therein that he has sold her land vide sale deed dated 11.06.2014 for a sale consideration of `63,30,000/- out of which only `7,50,000/- has been paid to her and remaining payment of `55,80,000/- was not made. Firstly, the matter pertains to the year 2014 and secondly, it is a civil dispute between the parties in which police has no role to play. This petition has no merits. Dismissed.

However, the petitioner will be at liberty to avail other legal remedies available to her.
